Claim Listing Not Showing Up

The claim listing links are not showing up on the listings…

One recommendation is to export an import everything again. (I imported most of the listings after having downloaded and activated the Claim Listing add-on.) I have the CSV file but what is the setting in the claim field for unclaimed? Is it zero since claimed is 1?

Any suggestions?
