claim listing not working

claim listing has stopped working and I’m seeing this on detail pages.

[gd_ninja_forms form_id=”3″ text=”Contact Detailer” post_contact=”1″ output=”button”]

In my GD Extensions, it says Ninja Forms is NOT installed. When I try to install, I get an ERROR.

Not sure how or why it would have been uninstalled. The claim listing function used to work.

When I noticed this error, I did full system update including a PHP upgrade.

Now, I can’t install Ninja Forms, thus the error.

Tried a manual install via wp plugin install. Got this error.
“Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.”

Will deleting the folder in the root be enough, or are their related DB tables that are going to also be a problem?

There is no option in GD or WP to UNINSTALL Ninja forms.
