Claim Listing Notifications Not Showing

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I have tested by claiming a location. However, from the admin panel there is no notification to approve the claim made. What do I need to do to make it work?

    I attached an image of what the Listing Claims that shows no new notification. I also attached my setting as is currently.
