Claim my listing not working

I am having so much trouble with this claim my listing, here is what I have done.

I set up the UKPark owner as a user in admin as a customer.

They then claim their listing.

I approve the listing in the email that is sent to me from admin.

I then go into Geodirectory, claim listing and approve their claim.

However they are still not able to access their listing.

I have set up a test UK Park Summerfield to try and claim the listing and I am using liamlovely@gmail.com as the email address

It is very confusing as I need to be logged out as administrator of the website and come in as a claimant.

I did this and when I repeated all the steps I can see that Summerfield has been claimed but I am unable to log in and edit the listing.

What am I doing wrong?
