Claimed listing reverts to pending every month

Launched this site back in august, had my first customer register for a listing. Every month when his listing payment renews, the payment goes through and his listing reverts to pending. Every month I have to go back into the site and publish again. Take a look at the screen shots showing that his payment went through today and immediately the listing went to pending. Help?!
