Classified Ads – how to limit number of posts?

    Hi!

    I bought GeoDirectory plugins for the main purpose of creating a Classifieds website (and also from other listings).
    I want to know how I can limit the number of posts allowed for each user and for each CPT.

    As with any other classifieds website, this is an important feature for me to finish the site, as I didn’t find it.

    Can you help me with a detailed and concrete solution?

    Hi Guust,

    So!? Do you have a plugin with a lot of functionality and don’t have this basic and important functionality?

    Thus, the plugin does not serve my purpose!

    Sorry, but is there a possibility of refund?

    Most people just charge a fee for classifieds with the Pricing Manager, and that means that most people set their own limit.

    Limiting the number of listings per user may be possible with some custom coding, but people will just post with a different email then.

    The fact that users can use another email, is a general problem in all classified sites, however, it is still an important feature to have a limit of posts for each CPT.

    Another question:

    If I create a CPT to list people (a complete profile), will I be able to limit each user to having only one post in this CPT or is there the same problem I mentioned before?

    All CPTs will have the same issue.
    But if you use our UsersWP plugin, each user can only build one profile.
