Click Breadcrumbs "locks" user to a location

    Hi guys,

    On a listing, if the user clicks a region on the breadcrumbs at the top of the screen they get “locked” to a location… and if they click the site logo they go back to the homepage but their location is locked to the region they chose which might only have one listing (if any)….I have “Show change location navigation in main menu? ” off as I want my directory to be nation-wide by default.

    How can I stop this locking the user to the one location?

    Perhaps one solution would be to have the breadcrumbs on each page, is this possible…but I would rather not do this… but instead I would like to not lock the user to the selected location.

    Just link “Home” to your /location page?
    And/or use breadcrumbs …

    Hi,

    you can’t stop locking the user to the one location?

    That’s how the plugin works…

    The only way would be to remove breadcrumbs completely.
