Click on place reviews stars or "text" has no impact

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    In place detail view:

    1) If no reviews yet: Click on “No Reviews” (/#respond) has no impact. Page does not change to the Reviews/Respond tab.

    2) If a review is there: Click on “2 Reviews” (/#reviews) has no impact. Page does not change to the Reviews tab.

    3) Click on Stars Icons anywhere (shows the rating stars as a link) has no impact as well.
    This is in archive list view and place detail view.

    If I click on Review Stars or Text, it should open the Reviews Tab and scroll down to the “Leave a Review” form.

    I didnt add any links. This is from the theme or plugin.
    Genesis Starter Standard Theme (no modifications).
