Comment Captcha Not Working

    Guests used to be able to submit ratings/reviews, but something is wrong. When you try to submit one now it returns an error message about an incorrect captcha, even when the challenge is simply to check the box.

    Any suggestions?

    Can you update all GD plugins too please. I doubt that will fix it, but let’s exclude that as a problem. Thanks.

    Hi Greg,

    This is interesting, it seems to be something related to WP Engine, somehow they have moved the “comment_form” action OUTSIDE the comment form…

    If you can provide FTP details i would love to have a look and fix this.

    OK it was not as interesting as i thought, it was simply a conflict with jetpacks comment subscriptions, i just released a fix via the GD Recaptach plugin, update that and u should be good to go.

    I think we’re both OK when issues turn out to be less interesting than we thought, amiright?
