Comments/reviews not shown (for certain listings) and wrong counter

    Hi.
    I noticed a strange issue: sometimes comments/reviews are not shown (even on admin I see them), and sometimes counters are wrong. This issue occurs only with some listings, is not a general issue.
    I tried to switch template, from Supreme to Whoop!, but issues remains.
    Here some live examples:

    https://www.baltazar.it/locali/italia/emilia-romagna/cervia/nonsolosteria-lungomare-24-cervia/
    frontend: 1 comment shown (but counter shows 0)
    admin/edit listing: I see 19 comments (bottom edit post area)

    https://www.baltazar.it/locali/italia/emilia-romagna/cervia/ranch-tagliata-di-cervia/
    frontend: 0 comment shown (and no counter)
    admin/edit listing: I see 6 comments

    I can provide other examples. Sometimes, what is stated in wp-admin is different from what is shown in frontend.
    What can I check?
