compatibility with other plugins that use google maps

    The plugin is cool, but difficult to extend for me. Do you guys know of any problems using other event plugins (with google maps and geolocation) parallel with geodirectory. As in will using two different plugins with 2 different google maps be possible

    hi,

    as long as the other plugin offers a way to disable its call to Google Maps API, there shouldn’t be major problems. Probably a lot of duplicate work to set it up. Locations could be duplicated in your database, so for example if you had “new york” in geodirectory and “new york” in the other event plugin, 1 of the 2 slug will be new-york-1.
