    Hi there – I’m hoping you can give me a bit of advice.

    Two questions;
    1; I understand that once I have created a business entry/page on my directory, a viewer can contact me and claim the entry as their business, get approved and then manage it themselves. All great so far. But, is it possible to have a viewer who did not have an entry, to register, gain access to a blank registration form and enter it themselves?

    2; Previously I have used Adsanity with great success to manage my ads. I have also used it in conjunction with Geodirectlry. But since the recent ‘scramble’ that you kindly sorted out for me, it appears Adsanity is throwing random additional ads into the headers space on various pages .
    i.e. Selecting the main category from the header menu fails to show an ad. Selecting the drop down category page shows the correct singe ad on header right and two ads in the right margin. But dropping down into the business, throws two, three and sometimes even four ads into the header right and I can’t find out why. All settings are for a single add in all headers. Have you come across this before and can you advise a solution?

    Thank you

    Paul

    Hi,

    1) yes please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#navigation

    2) “But since the recent ‘scramble’ that you kindly sorted out for me”

    Please provide precise references or we will not know what you are talking about.

    You must provide a link to both the topic where we helped you sorted the recent “scramble” and where we can find admin credentials.

    In addition, did you try asking for support to adsanity authors?

    Thanks
