    What is the function of the button flagged in the attachment?
    Would it be to contact the customer by email? If so, the user receives a confirmation, but the email does not reach the list owner.
    I think a good function for this button would be “report error”.

    Hi pherrety,

    Thanks for your post. That button allow visitor to contact the listing owner. If the owner is not receiving any emails, you need to install the “Email Log” plugin to check and see if the emails are being sent out initially.
