Content box Background Colour cannot change.

    Hello,

    When I try to change the content box background colour form wp appearance and when I save it, in the editing panel it shows that colour has changed but. when I reload the page same default white colour is there. any one can comment on this??

    content box background colour is coming from directory starter theme. Supreme overrides directory-starter templates. So supreme doesn’t use the content-box class.

    You may have to override the styles by using custom css. Sorry about that.

    Let me know where you want that bg color. I’ll give you custom css for that.

    I want to change the background colours of widgets like popular places, latest places…etc..whole site background is changing correctly. problem is with the content boxes.

    You seem like you are using the DS theme now. Are you gonna stick with that one?

    I just test few things. Can I use all the functionality of GeoDirectory with that theme? Is the child theme only for the appearance? I didnt finalize my choice.

    Yes that DS is created for GD. Supreme changes only the styles.

    Do you have that CSS file. To overcome my problem? I chose the new theme. not DS.
