Countries Table missing

    I have a multisite installation, running GEO Directory vs 2, locations manager and I have corresponded with you before but I’ve no answer on this yet.

    I still have a missing table for Countries and I am having difficulty adding countries and I wanted to know if this was the reason. I have provided login details before but I will again.

    I’d also like to know how to remove the commas in the display beneath the heading as I only wish to show the country, not the address.
