Country location appears as 'all'

Hi,

I am using the Multilocations but I am having a problem when user adds a place.

Even though I have United-States as location, the user’s new place appears as “all” as the country location, rather than united-states.

Under
Geo Directory Location Settings > Country
I have ticked “Enable default country (country drop-down will not appear on add listing and location switcher).”

BUT I am not sure I have designated the default country.

Perhaps all I need to do is designate a default country – where would I do this?
