    Thanks for your reply. You can use the WP Invoicing Addon and here is the section of the documentation that explains how to offer discount code for listings.

    There is a built in special offers field that you can use.

    We recommend you reserve that for paid listing packages.

    GD Listings can be used to show listings that have special offers.
