    Hi,

    Here is my issue: My package cost $3,000/ year. I made a coupon code to discount a package by an amount of $2,400.00. When I checked out, everything was correct in showing the display amounts and the discount.

    My site showed this:
    package = $3,000
    discount= $2,400
    Total = $600

    BUT, when the charge sent through (stripe), the discount was only $24 and not $2,400. I’m not sure why this happened. I checked the stripe account to confirm and the charge was only discounted $24. I’m not sure if anyone else has had this issue.
