Coupon for first year creates $0 invoice

    Good afternoon, we have a coupon that discounts the user’s first year to $0 dollars. We are able to put it through when the user chooses paypal, however when they choose authorize.net we get an error message shown in the picture below.

    Authorize.net says they have to have a charge and can not manage a $0 first year and subscription for subsequent years.

    Is there a way around this?
