Coupons could have a use limit per user

    If we could set each coupon to 1, 2 or x uses per user, they would be a great way of introducing users to your site, building a useful site database, and then ensuring that free listing users gracefully translate to paying users while limiting free riders.
    So a 100% discount coupon might be set to 1 use only per user. A 50% coupon to 2 uses. Then no discounts for further listings.
    Perhaps the ability to set total coupon uses might also be useful, for limited promotions and get in quick marketing.
