CPT Add new form issues

Hi,

I want to build a website displaying only a CPT “Providers” and no place.
Thus, I have created a “Providers” CPT and added a “Add new provider” WP page, incorporating the following shortcode :
[gd_notifications]
[gd_add_listing post_type=”gd_providers” show_login=”1″]

(I have also kept the default “Add listing” page (with the default shortcode in) designated as such in the GD-Settings-Pages).

Issues 1 : When trying to create a “new Provider” with my “Add new provider” page, the type “places” is still proposed by default instead of “providers” (as if the post_type=”gd_providers” argument was totally ignored…). Impossible to create a new provider listing from the front.
I tried to fix it by disabling the “add new listing from front” option for Places and keep it enabled for Providers, it works somehow but it does look a bit weird to do so…?

Issue 2 : I have set a custom field configuration in “Providers – Settings – Custom fields”, but it has not effect on my “Add new provider” form (the fields proposed are still the defaults one).

Could you please give me some advice?
