CPT Categories Not Showing Listing

    My site uses CPT to list some shops, and to list used products. The shops category is fine and the used product CPT works when I go to the page that lists all products. But when I click on the subcategories the page does not show any products even though there are a bunch. Can someone please take a look to see whats up? It just started out of the blue.
