CPT categories widget, ignore chosen location?

Hi,

We have a location switcher in the main menu and in the footer we have a CPT categories widget.

Is it possible to have the CPT categories widget ignore chosen location?
…so that our footer CPT categories -widget always display from all locations?

That is only possible if you set
GD > Permalinks > Add location in urls > NO
meaning that you will no longer have the location in URLs of individual listings.
