    Within the Custom Fields settings area, it includes a spot for the HTML Variable Name and states that it must be unique.

    Question is…if there are multiple CPT that all use an equivalent field, can they all use the same name, or does the name have to be unique across?

    Crazy example…say the field was “Color of Front Door”
    Then could you use “doorcolor” as the variable name for Restaurants, Hotels, and Stores CPTs.

    Or, would it have to be “doorcolorrest” “doorcolorhotel” “doorcolorstore”?
