    The plugin for the “emails” is Buddypress, right? I bought Buddypress through GeoDirectory.

    Hello!

    We provide the BuddyPress integration with GeoDirectory, but we don’t support BuddyPress itself.

    You will need to ask the plugin author about that error.

    You might want to take a look at a different plugin like UsersWP, if you don’t need all the BuddyPress features. UsersWP also offers customization of verification emails, and we do support UserswP

    I have done some searching about the issue, for BuddyPress, and I don’t find anything out there.

    I would recommend first disabling the BuddyPress plugin to see if it is indeed causing the issue. You can try with a different plugin like UsersWP or skip that verification procedure. You can also resave your permalinks and see if that fixes it, too.

    Hi,

    I disabled Buddypress and reactivated it. But the problem persists. I think it is because I integrated the mailer lite plugin into my wordpress website. Since then, I have had troubleshooting.

    Is it possible to uninstall buddypress and reintegrate it into Geodirectory? I guess all the info will disappear and the problem will also disappear.

    If so, how can I uninstall it and reintegrate it?

    Mailer Lite? Does disabling that fix the problem?

    You should be able to de-activate and re-active a plugin as needed.

    Hello!

    I see the profile link in the menu.
    I visited the profile.
    I was able to click the edit button.
    I was not able to save the profile.
    I received a 500 error.
    Please contact your host and ask them about the PHP errors in your log.

    You can reply with your host panel access credentials and your ftp credentials in case we are able to
    take a deeper look.
