Create new "add course" page

    Hi,

    am having trouble creating a new “add course” page. I don’t know how to put this in the main menu dropdown.

    Also, how do i change the “add listing” page to “add places” page. “add listing” page appears to be a custolmised template which i can’t reproduce using widgets etc.

    great plugin!
