    Hi,

I created a series of 30 listings for each of my 11 post types, however when I search for them, either none of them are displayed, or only a couple are displayed.

    Example search criteria:
    – Post type: Equipment
    – Impairment: All
    – Location: leave empty

    Any ideas why?

I will leave my credentials below.

    Cheers,
    Andrew

    Hi Andrew,

when I try to do the search you suggest, not only I don’t get results, but the footer of your website doesn’t load, which means there is a PHP error. Do you have an error log?

If not, please provide both admin and FTP credentials and we will verify.

    Thanks

    Hi Andrew,

This was actually a PHP bug with rendering timezone names that are +/-10 hours UTC when in daylight saving mode, a bit obscure but you found it 🙂

I have added a fix for this that checks for it and gets around it, this will be in the next release and i have applied the fix to your site now.

    Thanks for reporting!

    Stiofan 🙂

    Hi Stiofan,

Glad to help! And thanks for sorting that issue out for me 🙂

I still have one (perhaps related?) issue – I tried importing a set of listings for each of my post types, however it didn’t work correctly as they are not visible in either the front or backend. Strangely though, they’ve been counted in the total count of listings for each post type.

For e.g., in my ‘Accommodation’ post type – it states ‘All (99)’, however only 30 or so are visible (these coincide with the dummy data I generated). See the attached image.

Any ideas why this is happening?

    Thanks again,
    Andrew

    Hi Andrew,

My guess is that maybe you imported them without a status or maybe a wrong status?
Try and export and check if the status “publish”.”draft” etc is missing.
If thats not it just let me know and i’ll dig deeper.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

    Hi Stiofan,

My bad – I had the status set to “published” instead of “publish” … the question now is, how can I delete them if I can’t display them?

Thanks, and sorry for the inconvenience!

Export, correct the CSV and re-import to update. That should work…

    Let us know.

    Thanks
