    Hello,

The site was working but many new plugins have been added.

Please try disabling non-GD plugins to find the one that is causing the conflict with GD Booster.

You can also try WP Super Cache if you cannot find the issue.

GD Booster cache is already disabled and the site is working now.

It means that one of the new plugins is causing a conflict.

Please try disabling non-GD plugins to find the one that is causing the conflict with GD Booster.

You can also try WP Super Cache if you cannot find the issue.

    Hello,

please check permissions on the cache folder. They should be 755 or higher:

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-booster-add-on-overview/

You can confirm the directory in GD Booster settings. Check the docs for more information.

    Hi Kiran,

This happened as we have added this command line in config file. ( suggested by the booster only).

However the main issue is while clicking the button “Clear” for cache clear.. the page goes for 500 status. this we wanted to solve as we wanted to clear the cache and it is not happening from here.

    thanks,

    Hi Piyush,

That is why i said “It seems filesystem permission preventing rename/delete cache files.” Because filesystem permission does not allows to rename/delete files.

In normal situation click on “Clear” delete all the cached files from Cache folder, but in your case it is restricted due to limited file system permission.

Did you contact your server admin/hosting on this? If yes what they said?

    Let us know.

    Thanks,
    Kiran
