CSS changes not reflecting on site

    hi!, i’m new with geodirectory so please bare with me.

    The Titles of the popular listing widget and their review/rating blocks are a bit off center. I make the appropriate changes in the style.css (through appearance -> editor) but the changes are not reflected on the front end. am i going about this wrong?
