CSS/JS exclude libraries from combines that are CDN

    Hello,
    GDbooster is breaking the css. I’ve excluded my custom css file, but I also added Bootstrap, which I added using a CDN. Is it possible to exclude these files?

    

     wp_enqueue_style( 'bootstrap_css', 'https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.7/css/bootstrap.min.css' );
    wp_enqueue_script( 'bootstrap_js', 'https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.7/js/bootstrap.min.js');
