CSV Import errors

    Hi I’ve been trying to upload a .csv and keep getting the same error over and over:

    3 / 3 item(s) could not be added due to blank/invalid address(city, region, country, latitude, longitude).

    I even tried uploading the sample one and go the same error. I can’ figure this out.

    Please help!

    Is the category already existing?
    Post your admin and URL in a private reply and we will have a look.

    [You should use full state names, like Florida instead of FL; they have to match the Google API]

    I de-activated W3 Total cache, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/what-caching-plugin-can-i-use/

    I also added multilocation addon and activated it. Your CSV file was not uploading because the locations were outside the default location.

    I did not mean to say that using state abbreviations would stop the upload, but you will end up with 2 different regions in your database, one called Florida and another one called FL.
