CSV import – "No data found in csv file."

    We’re testing the import function with a CSV file with a single record but keep getting the error message “No data found in CSV file.”

    Our developer is including data in every cell (first tried a blank ID cell and when it didn’t work, added a number just to see if it works), but keep getting the same error (please see attached CSV file).

    Here’s the process followed to create the import file, using OpenOffice:

    1. Added dummy records for the gd_therapist post type via the back-end.
    2. Exported the gd_therapist post type as a CSV.
    3. Deleted dummy records from the CSV and added the new one.
    4. Attempted import.

    Can you provide FTP access for further debugging?

    Hello Edward,

    Recently we detected this issue on site which have PHP setting allow_url_fopen = off. I have applied patch on your site to fix this.

    Please check and let us know.
