CSV import – "No data found in csv file."

    Hi,

    I’m testing the import function with a csv file with a single record but I keep getting the error message : “No data found in csv file.”

    I’m including data in every cell (I first tried a blank ID cell and when it didn’t work I added a number just to see if it works) but keep getting the same error.

    I’m testing against a custom post type.

    Is it possible to troubleshoot? I’ve attached a screen shot if that helps.

    Hi,

    importing of new listings should be done without ID.

    Please submit a support request with the account that purchase the premium addons.

    Also possibly include your test CSV file.
