CSV upload seems to work but no entries appear

    When uploading a test CSV file the correct number of rows (4) seems to be uploaded, as no error message appears and the upload says it went fine. However, the listings do not appear. What am I doing wrong? Attached please find the CSV sample file and the screenshot after successful upload. Thanks!
