    Hello,

I am using the Supreme Directory V2. Design the CTP top page (http://example.com/CPT/) as a design like the location page (http://example.com/location/) rather than the archive page design, is this possible?

-http://example.com/CPT/country/ ← Leave the archive page
-http://example.com/CPT/ ← Change only this page

    Thanks

They cannot be the same page, but you can certainly design them with similar or the same elements.

As a reminder, an archive page only shows one post type at a time.

You mean change the design of the archive page is possible, but can not use a different design in the following two URLs?

No, those cannot have different layouts with the functionality provided by GD. You would need to make a customization to load a different template on a specific URL, or use an advanced builder, neither of which is supported here in the forum.
