    How do I make a custom field that allows selection of predefined option values as well as a text area that allows user’s own text? For example, if the user’s choice is not among the options given, he or she can select “others” and specify using his or her own words.

    Also, how to allow selection of a date or time range, instead of just a specific one date or time?

    Hi,

    the 1st question would require a conditional filed and the second a date or time range fields that unfortunately are features that we don’t include at the moment.

    They would require a complex customization.
