Custom Field Not Working

    Hi,
    We are new to Geodirectory. We are a subscriber. We are struggling to make the custom field work in the advanced search? We created a checkbox custom field, but when we try using the Customize my search, it always says “No listings found which match your selection”. Are there more settings we need to do?

    Please direct us to the right documentation to make custom fields work. Thank you.
