Custom field select option is not proper displayed on backend

    Hi support team,

    as I am actually setup custom fields as advanced search option I found out, that the settings are not proper displayed as they should.

    The setup for smoking allowed as a select box is
    No/0,Yes/1,Only – separately/1

    Within front end detail info instead of No/Yes/only – separately it is displayed as 0 or 1 according to its settings.

    What is wrong to display this proper?
