Custom field – Time format incorrect

    When you add a custom field of type TIME, and add data using the timepicker, it shows 24 hour time 17:30 and stores it in the database that way.

    However, when you retrieve the data and redisplay it, it seems to come back in 12 hour format as 5:30 – which then resaves as 05:30 am, instead of 5:30pm (17:30).

    If the user is editing a post, but not observing the time field data, it will become incorrect.
