Custom fields only visible with some categories

    Hi,

    I would like to know if it is possible to only show the custom fields when a specific category is selected. Example, I have a directory with hotels and restaurants. I didn’t split in two custom post types, as an hotel can also have a restaurant (I use categories to select). However, regarding the price, I would like a distinct custom field related to the price range for the hotel and another one for the restaurant. Means that in the front end, I would like to hide the custom field for the price range of the hotel if only the category restaurant is selected.

    I manage this with the rating, as we can select only the category where to show the multiple rating, but enable to find the way with custom fields.

    Is there something I missed?

    Hi,

    custom fields can be enabled disabled per price package, not category.

    For each price packages, categories can be enable disabled too.

    If you create a price package with only one category enabled, the custom fields can be limited per category too.

    Thank you, it works.

    The only point is that I have to add the payement plugin and create free plans, but it works.
