Custom Fields – restrict editting

    Good Morning

    Is there a facility to add a custom field to a place and restrict the editing of that specific field by user capability. So for example if a place is ‘claimed’ by a registered user they can edit everything apart from that field which only the WordPress ‘Administrator’ role can edit.

    (I realise this is a long shot!)

    Set the fields you do not want to be edited by your users to “Admin only edit”.
