Custom Google Maps Update

    Hello,

    When we try and update the Custom Google Maps, it continually tells us we are unauthorized when clearly we have a valid license code for the product. We are experiencing issues with the mapping in the directory and we are making an assumption that the update will correct this.

    Can you provide some guidance as to how we can update without losing data that is assigned on the website.
