When using the Default WP Custom Menu Widget or even just a Text Widget in a sidebar that contains links to GD Listing Pages, I get “No listings found which match your selection” on EVERY Listing Page, even though I know I have listings in all my categories.

I have deactivated all other plugins and defaulted to Twenty Twelve Theme, but the problem still persists.

Can you verify that this is a bug? Thanks in advance…

Thanks for looking, Vikas… Very strange, indeed!

I’ll install in root folder on a different URL and send new credentials as I don’t want to replace my live site until WPGD looks and runs perfectly.

In the meantime I had a thought. I noticed that in the text widget, the link to Attractions works, but the link to the “All-American Dining” category does not. So here’s what I think is going on… When I set up the Restaurant custom post type, I first made a category called “Dining On The Space Coast” then I made SUB-CATEGORIES for all the different cuisine types. (I did it this way because I couldn’t find a way to style or add images to the top area of the main custom post type page — like “Places” or “Restaurants” or “Hotels,” but I can style each individual category.) So all the links in the sidebar are links to SUB-CATEGORIES, which I believe is breaking WPGD for some reason.

    Your thoughts?

And, FYI — If you clear your cache and cookies for my site you can see listings again.
