    Hoping to get a referral to a walk through/explanation…

    My site has a lot going on: geodirectory, online shop, articles, forums etc

    Using Genesis theme, I’d like different sections to have a different template (header, navigation, colors etc,)

    How would I assign a theme page template to Geodirectory?

    Hi,

    you can’t assign templates to GeoDirectory, you can customize GeoDirectory templates: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-geodirectory-templates/

    However this wouldn’t be the right thing to do to change header, navigation, colors etc.

    This would require a lenghty theme customization, using conditional tags to modify the header, the navigation and body classes (to change colors).

    The conditional tag to check if you are visiting a GeoDirectory page or not is : 

    geodir_is_geodir_page()
