Custom post Misses Some Posts

    I Created a number of custom posts that all were showing in menu right but not available in menu left.
    some are available some not totally randomly
    I included a screen shot to show issue.
    I can not create or handle as missing from post list
    this was not happening in version 1 of core its a new bug
