Custom Post Type — is this possible

Just checking my logic, need to ask:

So each custom post type has a category and tag taxonomy.
So if we are targeting doctors, we can have specializations as a category, and maybe something else as tags.

Ok, now, is it possible to add a second category or tag taxonomy to the custom post type?
so the custom post type would have maybe two non heirarchial taxonomies one for illnesses and the other for other services offered.

Then if that’s possible, I just want to make them a set of checkboxes instead of a comma separated field inside the form creator.

That should be doable, I think. Then I can just get a custom taxonomy widget and call the taxonomy.

I think I can do that.
