Custom Post Types not retaining or displaying CPT information

    I have a Custom Post Type that is not retaining the information that was previously saved like phone, website, Facebook page etc. It originally lost the its permalink connection with categories and listing pages. I refreshed the permalinks and it can now find listing pages after I save them again, but it will not save or display the CPT information.
