Custom Posts & sub-categories

Hello,

I have a custom post type Business with sub categories such as Consultants, translators etc.

For the top Category of Business I have a description, and each sub category has their own description. That’s fine.

The only problem is, I don’t know where I entered the main Category BUSINESS description.
I’ve looked and can’t find it.

I have other main Custom Post types I’d like to add the description to. Again all the sub category descriptions are are in the category description, but I want to add a description to the top category. eg., Accommodations (subcategories are hotels, resorts, bed and breakfasts.
