Customer just renewed but listing not extended

    I just did a renewal for a customer who has a gd_place listing with us on a plan that costs €139 for 12 months. There was 18 days left on the listing. I processed her credit card with her on the website… payment went through STRIPE successfully and she was redirected to the SUCCESS page. All great. But her advert still says 18 days remaining, which is a real concern.

    Any suggestions as to what might be wrong here?
