Customization of "Redirect Settings On First Time Load"

Hi

At the moment after entering the site, user is (if the option selected):
1) geolocated;
2) redirected to “Near Me” page (domain.com/location/me/) if there is listings nearby;
3) if no listings in the specified range, then redirected to nearest location page (domain.com/location/[country-,region-,city_slugs]).

I need someone to write me a customization so the 2) is skipped and user is redirected directly to nearest city page. At the same time search functionality and “Near Me button” widget should stay as before.
